Recreational Gymnastics
This is open to all ages and where everyone usually starts. You'll learn the basics and will get to use all the equipment that your gymnastics stars use.
Development Gymnastics
We look to increase your all-round strength and perfect your skills so that you are able to compete at an appropriate level.
Squad Gymnastics
Your training hours will increase depending on your stage of gymnastics development. Strength and conditioning increases as does the difficulty of skills you will learn. There may be opportunity to train at Lilleshall - The National Sports Centre for Gymnastics.
School Holiday Sessions
We hold holiday sessions during most Half/End of Term and Summer Holiday breaks. These sessions can be for all abilities or targeted towards both Development and Squad gymnasts. Look out for posters on our Facebook page or a text. They provide opportunities to try gymnastics for the first time, learn new skills or improve existing ones.
